According to this press release, EA will release FIFA Manager 09 for PC this autumn.

Apparently this time there’s going to be a 3D mode, a customisable interface and “the text mode has been completely revamped and now features a unique mixture of traditional live commentary and an Internet live ticker. Lots of exciting and informative tools create a high level of transparency and atmosphere.”
