A first look at Damnation posted
On Gamespot. This is the first proper nose at the Codemasters steampunk action game, as far as we’re aware. There are some new screens there, too. From the piece:
Visually, Damnation is looking nice. There’s a sort of Wild West steampunk look to the characters and weapons, as well as a great sense of scale given to you as you gaze over the chasm at the beginning of the level, with the Rocky Mountains towering in the distance. The voice acting seems a little stiff at this point, but that may or may not be a product of its early stage of development. Damnation is scheduled for release later this year on the PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. You can expect to see more coverage as information becomes available.

glol! I couldn’t remember which one this was, and then I looked at the pictures of the ‘lady in green’ and it all came flooding back.
“Barely covered” really doesn’t describe her accurately enough.

Argh! Why do Gamespot and IGN insist on having such *awful* screenshot viewers? Who designs these godforsaken things?

They are properly rubbish, yep. It’s because of the ads around them, I guess. On the Gamespot one, if I click on the full size link, the window doesn’t open up to accommodate it. A small error.

This was a UT2004 mod wasn’t it?
