This set of patch notes from the WoW test servers says that level 30 mounts are being included in the game.
Previously, you don’t get to ride stuff in World of Warcraft until level 40, so the news will come as welcome relief to the mid-range grind.

Levelling becomes a right slog tbh. The best thing to do is to find a guild and just play the game and not worry about the next level.
And free mount at 40? Unless they’ve changed it, I’m sure my first mount cost a fair bit of gold.

for the price of a spell 2 or 3g apart from that though its pretty much free. The level 60 mount though is a whole different ball game I managed to get a few friends to help me with that though.

well the current wow has increased xp gain from 1 to 60 it took me not that long at all off and on and it didn’t feel like a slog anymore.
