EA can’t be surprised by this, surely? I mean, everyone is going to have a go at making a cock / tit monster the moment they get their hands on Spore. I haven’t downloaded the freebie version yet, but it’s the first thing I’m going to do when I get it!

Dunno – nothing’s been said about whether Spore (the full version) will require the constant presence of an EA authentication…

Daft if it does. I’m assuming that there must be a local login (as with the battlefield games) so at the very most, all they’ll lose is their ability to contribute to the Sporepedia.
