Bioshock PS3 still set for October release date
2k games has confirmed to videogaming247 that Bioshock PS3 is still on for an October release, despite PSU.com rumours suggesting a November 4 date.
“Good old ‘insider sources’,” said a 2k games spokesperson. “I have October on my schedule. Hope that helps!”
So, nothing to see here. Move along.

Bioshock in PS3, innit. It’s a “news magnet”.

Hey, this is Justin from PSU.
I contacted Chase from Access PR the day I posted the rumor too and this is what he said:
“We haven’t announced a date, only October in our most recent release.”
However, seeing as how my source is from the 2k Games development team, I’d rather go with them instead of Chase. Chase is cool and everything, it’s just that he’s not reliable unless he is giving you a press release. I worked him for over a year to say something on the PS3 version of Bioshock and even the day it was revealed in those magazines and such, he still made me wait for an official press release.
If you remember, I said Bioshock was coming to the PS3 last September. I said a “source” had told me, right? My source was Ken Levine, creative director on Bioshock. Well nobody believed PSU back then either.
Anyways…here are other sources that say Nov release:
