Third Dead Space dev diary released
On Gamershell. We think they’re talking about audio in the upcoming EA horror, but, hilariously, we can’t hear the movie. There’s a lot of new in-game footage in there, so it’s worth a look if you can hear it or not.
Dead Space releases on Hallowe’en for PC, 360 and PS3.

You can watch that one (and hear it), on the official site (deadspacegame.com, first entry you’ll see in “behind the scenes” tab)
Be sure to go to the US version, though; because, as is usual with these things, the UK page is lagging behind it’s US counterpart, in terms of content updates…

The more I see the more excited I get about this game. It looks a bit action heavy and I’d prefer a first person pov, but it seems as though they’ve really made a lot of effort to get the atmosphere right. I’m loving the video comics too.
It’s not going to be a substitute for a new System Shock game, that’s clearly not the direction, but perhaps it’ll be what Run Like Hell should have been.
