Metal Gear Retrospective on Gametrailers
Gametrailers has put out a couple of videos charting the history of the Metal Gear franchise called Metal Gear Retrospective.
You can see the young, spritely Snake way back in the late eighties and early nineties on the MSX, all the way up until the white-haired, cigarette smoking hero of today’s MGS4.
We watched them both and we loved them. More stuff like this please, GT.
Watch parts one and two through the link. There are going to be additional episodes, apparently.

Go to Game Trailers and search for “Retrospective”. They have Zelda, Metroid, Final Fantasy and a few more. Well worth watching, the FF one is 13 episodes long.
