Ex-Nintendo chairman is Japan’s richest man
According to this Forbes article, ex-Nintendo chairman Hiroshi Yamauchi is now Nintendo’s richest man.
The aging boss netted more than $3 billion in the past year alone, mainly from Wii’s success.
Apparently, Japan’s 40 wealthiest businesspeople are worth $89.9 billion, up $10.7 billion from last year.

man i dont want to go all hippy dippy but 89billion between 40 people? thats just wrong. if people work hard then i dont begrudge them earning a decent amount but 89 smegging billion? thats just too much of a divide between ridiculously rich and shoe eating poor.

So, last week Nintendo declare they’re not dropping prices. This week, ex President and big shareholder is declared richest man in the nation.
Excuse me if I don’t feel all warm and fuzzy.
