Monster Hunter ships over 2 million in Japan

According to this Famitsu piece - done into nice English by Kotaku - Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G has now shipped more than 2 million units in Japan.

The game was shown to have sold through 1,714,000 units in the latest Media Create figures last night, for the week ending April 20.
