UT3 360 coming along "really nicely", says Rein

Steadfastly aiming to keep the dream alive, Epic VP Mark Rein's posted on the company's forum that the 360 version of UT3 is still on the way and may be seen playable soon.

"We don't have a particular release date yet but we're going to be playing it with some members of the press in two weeks at Midway's next Gamers Day in Las Vegas," he said. "Should be fun. The game is coming along really nicely."

Rein had previously mentioned that the game was being held up because of Microsoft's reticence to allow user-made levels up on Live, one of the USPs of the PS3 version.

The shooter's been out on PS3 since last November in the US.
