Koei celebrates 30th birthday, announces new game

Koei turns 30 this year, says IGN, and to celebrate it's announced a new game for the DS: Kunitori Tounou Battle Nobunaga no Yabou.

It's releasing in June. Apparently, "this new entry in the Nobunaga's Ambition series is a departure from its predecessors. It's set up as a board game where players use the stylus to directly move Sengoku Era generals about on a map in an effort to increase their territory. Touch an opposing general, and you end up in a battle, with your troops, which look like chess pieces, facing off."

Greek to us. Happy birthday, Koei.
