Star Trek Online “coming soon”
The website for Star Trek Online is back online (although we had no idea it had been taken down) with a message that simply says, “Coming soon”.
The game’s development has been uncertain since Perpetual Entertainment was cut off from the project, and Champions Online and City of Heroes outfit Cryptic is now rumoured to be in the driving seat.
We can’t work out if this is exciting or not. We liked Next Generation and Voyager for a bit, so maybe it is.

I don’t think the franchise is important, somebody just needs to get right a space/sci-fi mmo.

I really, really wanted to like SW galaxies but it blew and then some. I’m not sure I’m that interested in a KotOR MMO but so long as it doesn’t suck as bad as galaxies, half the battle is won.
