GTAIV uncensored in Oz, says Rockstar
GTA IV is to release in Australia as God intended, according to this.
“No GTA has been censored since Vice City,” said Rockstar. “[Grand Theft Auto] IV has been rated in its entirety, the rating is on the OFLC website.”
Both GTAIII and GTA Vice City were censored for Australian release.

Hmm, it probably will get censored here (in Germany), but I’ll be in Australia soon.

I most certainly will. Been to New Zealand before and eventhough it doesn’t get nearly as hot there as in Australia, I got a sunburn pretty much instantly. Stupid ozone layer.
