Terrible Metal Gear Online video unearthed

It's only the quality that's bad. The game looks cool, as you'll see if you squint your way through the video below. Metal Gear Online's a bit of an unknown quanity at the moment, with only a handful of shots and videos released since the title was announced last July. This new movie shows a lengthy gameplay session of Snake-alikes in rather hectic stealth mode, apparently taken from the recent Japanese beta test, with what looks like the full 16 players using scopes, hand-to-hand combat and all the other features you've already seen in the MGS4 videos and playtests against real opponents.

See for yourself. Metal Gear Online is a stand alone product from MGS4 and has no release date as yet.
